Mental Health Practitioner

We all want purpose, connection, and meaning in our lives. I believe that we each have the inner resources and knowledge to attain these things, but feeling understood and seen by another person can make all the difference. I work with individuals and couples who want to collaborate to become their best selves, who are ready to feel empowered to grow and to overcome challenges, and who are ready to take the next step in healing through life’s transitions, including grief and loss. I offer a safe place to talk and to listen, which is sometimes all we need to move forward. My approach is integrative, warm, curious, and direct, and I wholeheartedly believe in inclusivity and your right to define your own identity. You are the main character of your story, and I would love to help you live this story with authenticity and intention.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I had a career in entrepreneurship and human resources, where I learned a significant amount about people- what motivates us, what makes us feel heard, and, ultimately, that each person is the unique product of their own internal and external factors. I also began my career with a Masters in Holistic Health, which cemented my belief that every person has a right to health, wellness, and quality healthcare. Deciding to pivot to a career in therapy has been so rewarding, and my curiosity about others and the human experience continues to grow.
