Grace Chytracek, (she/her)
BSW, LSW; Mental Health Practitioner
I am committed to partnering with clients to explore their unique experiences and provide support in achieving their goals with empathy and respect. I strive to create nurturing, safe spaces where people feel supported and understood through trauma-informed care. I aim to approach our work with cultural humility and an inclusive perspective, meeting people where they are on their journey.
I aspire to provide holistic support using a variety of therapeutic methods. These include foundational theories that help uncover how past experiences influence the present self and postmodern techniques that increase mind-body awareness, address trauma, manage stress, identify strengths, navigate relationships, set goals, modify behaviors, and reframe thoughts to bring about meaningful life change.
Life can be messy, but you are never alone. I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with you!
