Katherine Todd,
(she/her), Mental Health Practitioner
Hello, my name is Katherine Todd. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where you will feel valued, understood, and accepted for who you are.
I aspire to build a collaborative and working relationship with each of my clients. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds, including individuals, families, and couples. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life adjustments, or relationship difficulties, I am committed to offering guidance and support tailored to your unique needs.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe in the power of laughter to facilitate healing. While the therapeutic journey can be serious and challenging at times, it can also be fun and humorous.
I am particularly passionate about working with couples. I have specialized training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), which equips couples with effective tools to strengthen relationships and enhance connection. Additionally, I have trained in brainspotting, a powerful technique for processing trauma that can help clients move forward with greater resilience and clarity.
I look forward to embarking on this journey with you, helping you gain insight, develop new skills, and cultivate the life and relationships you have always wanted.
I offer in-person therapy sessions at the Rogers location and telehealth therapy sessions.
I am a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist working under the supervision of Sukay Polley, MA, LMFT.
