Scott Seres
Mental Health Practitioner
Life has a way of presenting us with challenges we never asked for. While we can’t control if or when these show up, we can choose how to respond. This often means stepping away from reactions rooted in fear, habit, or distorted beliefs about ourselves. By letting go of what no longer serves us, we can develop new skills that move us closer to the life we want to live, even with the difficulties we face.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. My role in our sessions together is to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore and address what matters to you most. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that every individual has a deep capacity for healing and growth.
If you are ready to slow down, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward change, I am here to help you navigate the path ahead.
I am a pre-licensed mental health practitioner working under the supervision of Emily Anderson, MSW, LICSW.
