Theresa,
Mental Health Practitioner
Life can feel especially heavy when you're carrying pain that others don’t see—or don’t understand. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of religious trauma, questioning who you are, or simply trying to find your footing in a major life transition, therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and begin again.
I’m a mental health practitioner committed to creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and accepted as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
I’m especially passionate about working with individuals healing from religious trauma or spiritual abuse, as well as those exploring identity, purpose, or new chapters in life. I believe therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself and move toward greater peace, clarity, and joy.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into each session, and I believe everyone has the capacity for healing, resilience, and meaningful transformation. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to explore what’s next, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
I am a pre-licensed mental health practitioner currently working under the supervision of Emily Anderson, MSW, LICSW
