Tammy Churchill,
MA, LMFT, LPN
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; I meet with clients both in my Fergus Falls office and via telehealth.
Beginning therapy for the first time or the twentieth can be a scary endeavor. It requires a certain vulnerability -- of allowing oneself to be seen and known by another. Whether you struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship struggles, parenting issues, addiction, or a whole host of other issues, I believe my role is to create an atmosphere of welcome -- a safe and sacred space in which you can explore your hurts and fears as well as hopes and dreams for the future.
My approach to therapy focuses on attachment, connection, and explorations of patterns and beliefs. I believe the way we interpret and interact with our world, and the people in it, is impacted by our earliest experiences and plays out in current relationships in both helpful and less than helpful ways.
I use a holistic (mind-body-spirit) and collaborative approach to therapy. I have a passion for inspiring others to live a wholehearted life by increasing self-awareness, self compassion, and making meaningful connections. I look forward to walking the journey to your best self and your best relationships with you.
