Mental Health Practitioner
Life brings a lot of transitions — and they’re not always easy. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, shifting careers, or managing anxiety and burnout, I’m here to help.
I’m a mental health practitioner with a passion for supporting women through all stages of life, from perinatal challenges to parenting, menopause, and beyond. While my focus is women’s mental health, I welcome clients of all genders who are seeking meaningful support and a caring space to grow.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy, tailoring each session to meet you where you are.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate marketing and brand management. After taking a career pause, I felt a deep pull toward this work — supporting others in finding clarity, connection, and healing. That lived experience shapes how I show up in session: grounded, empathetic, and fully human.
At Rise Therapy, I create a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported — whether you're facing a major life change or simply want to reconnect with yourself. Let’s explore what healing and growth can look like for you.
I am currently a pre-licensed therapist working under the supervision of Emily Anderson, MSW, LICSW.
Locations: South Minneapolis, Rogers and Telehealth.
